vintage-art-deco-muller-freres-luneville-76919
Vintage Art Deco Muller Freres Luneville Table Lamp, Mottled Pink and Green Glass Tulip, Wrought Iron Hanging Frame with Vine Leaves

A glass tulip hangs inside a tall arched frame of wrought iron, as if a single flower were swaying from a garden arbour. The shade is frosted white at the top, melting into clouds of soft rose, plum and spring green toward its flared, ruffled rim, with the colours caught inside the glass in the mottled technique the Muller brothers of Lunéville made famous. When lit, it glows like a summer evening. The iron frame is wrapped with a curling vine tendril and rises from a square, hand-hammered base, decorated with two cast vine leaves at the foot. A leafy iron cap crowns the shade. It’s a charming piece of French Art Deco lighting for a bedside table, a dressing table or a desk.

Condition: Good Vintage Condition.

Dimensions & Materials

Height: 11 in (28 cm)
Maximum width: 7.5 in (19 cm)
Material: Wrought iron, mottled art glass shade
Bulb base: E26 standard
Includes: One table lamp with glass tulip shade

Lamp Shade Included: Mottled white, pink, mauve and green art glass tulip, signed Muller Frères Lunéville.

Historical Period: French Art Deco; circa 1920s–1930s.

Electrical: Carefully prepared and professionally rewired by our workshop, fitted with a plug or adapter for your country, tested and delivered ready to enjoy.

Shipping & Duties: Every piece is hand-wrapped, securely packed and fully insured for its journey to you, wherever you are in the world.
