Light it and watch the murrine — unlit they read as flecks, but the bulb behind the pulegoso turns each one into a glowing point of colour floating in white mist, the double life the maker built into the glass. Look also at the rim's irregularity: the hand's work, not a fault. The glass is intact without chips or cracks, the chrome excellent.
