pair-of-antique-napoleon-iii-bronze-86892
Pair of Antique Napoleon III Bronze Six-Light Candelabra Table Lamps, Urn Stems with Medallions, Black Marble Bases, 26 in

These tall candelabra rise more than two feet, each crowned with a cluster of six candle lights: a tall central light ringed by five scrolling arms on wide drip pans. Below, a slender tapering urn forms the stem. It’s cast on each face with a classical medallion portrait and flanked at the shoulder by small curling scroll handles, in the Neo-Grec taste of the Second Empire. The bronze has a soft, aged gold patina, and each candelabrum stands on a turned base of black marble. Originally made for candles and later electrified, they give a grand, glowing presence to a sideboard, a mantel or either end of a long dining table.

Condition: Good Antique Condition, with a natural patina to the bronze and chips to the marble bases, as pictured.

Dimensions & Materials (each candelabrum)

Height: 26 in (66 cm)
Material: Bronze, black marble base
Bulb base: 6 x E12 candelabra per lamp
Includes: Two six-light candelabra table lamps with candle sleeves

Lampshade: Sold without shades, leaving you free to choose ones that suit your room.

Historical Period: Napoleon III; circa 1850–1870, later electrified.

Electrical: Carefully prepared and professionally rewired by our workshop, fitted with a plug or adapter for your country, tested and delivered ready to enjoy.

Shipping & Duties: Every piece is hand-wrapped, securely packed and fully insured for its journey to you, wherever you are in the world.
