In Chinese decorative art, two phoenixes circling each other stand for harmony and good fortune, which is why the paired motif appears so often on ceramics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pair is in good vintage condition, with one small chip to the underside of one lamp, and our workshop fully rewires both before they leave. The pair stays together, as it was made.
