pair-of-vintage-cast-brass-rococo-style-13815
Pair of Vintage Cast Brass Rococo Style Five-Light Candelabra, Louis XV Scroll Arms, Urn Stem with Handles, Tripod Feet, 18 in

Each of these candelabra bursts into five lights: a tall central candle cup rising above four scrolling arms that twist out on either side like branches, sprouting leaves and little flowers as they go. The arms spring from a fluted cup on top of a baluster urn with two curling handles, swirling gadroons and shell motifs. Below it, a tripod base flares out on three scrolled rocaille feet. Every surface is cast with Rococo movement, from the frilled drip pans to the leaf-chased cups. The brass has a warm, soft gold tone. At almost 18 inches tall, they make a dramatic pair for a dining table, a sideboard or a mantel, especially with ten candles lit.

Condition: Good Vintage Condition, with a warm patina and light wear consistent with age.

Dimensions & Materials (each candelabrum)

Height: 17.7 in (45 cm)
Material: Cast brass
Includes: Two five-light candelabra

Historical Period: Rococo revival style; circa late 20th century.

Shipping & Duties: Every piece is hand-wrapped, securely packed and fully insured for its journey to you, wherever you are in the world.
