The scene is full of movement, with horses leaping, landing and pressing forward through the trees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe print shows a fox hunt in open country. Riders on bay, black and grey horses clear a brook and a bank, with more of the field following behind and a hound at the water's edge. It's mounted under a cream mat with a linen-look inner border, in a dark wood-tone frame under glass. The red coats worn by hunt members are traditionally called \"hunting pink\". Scenes like this were a favourite subject of English sporting art in the 19th century, and they were printed and hung in country houses across Britain.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe print is in very good vintage condition, neatly framed.
