From it, a curved brass arm stretches out, decorated with a stylized leaf and ending in a small scroll. The arm holds a rounded shade of textured glass with a bubbled surface. Glass like this breaks up the light as it passes through, so the bulb is softened and the glow spreads evenly around the room.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe brass has a warm patina with some marks of age, and the glass shades are in very good condition.
