A round rosette sits where the two arms join. The arms curve out and up to round drip pans with cream candle sleeves. Arms that curve like this are often called swan-neck arms, after the long S-curve of a swan's neck. The shape was much loved by French designers of the late 18th and early 19th centuries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sconces are in good vintage condition. One arm reaches us loose and some parts are bent, and both are put right in our workshop. They are also fully rewired before dispatch. They've seen good use, and they're ready to be enjoyed again.
