30 days to request a return
You may notify us of your return within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, send the piece back within 14 days.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping costs. Contact us if you would like help choosing a suitable tracked service. If an item is damaged, defective or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate solution and cover necessary return costs.
How to return a piece
Email info@maisonjaspers.com with your name, order number and the piece you wish to return. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; a reason is optional.

Packing and condition
Please pack the piece securely, using its original packaging if available. Original packaging is recommended, not mandatory. You may inspect the piece as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We refund you to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first. When you cancel the full order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge, if any; any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is excluded.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Photographs of the object and packaging help us resolve the issue. Keep the packaging where possible. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Your consumer rights
Our 30-day return window is additional to your statutory rights. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases, including second-hand and sale items. Your rights if goods are defective or not as described remain unaffected.
