How it works

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the appropriate return instructions.
Pack It as It Arrived
Return the piece carefully packed, preferably using its original packaging. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Refund Processing
Once the returned piece has arrived and its condition has been inspected, we will confirm receipt and process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

The item must be returned in its original condition. If it is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damage in transit
Every shipment is professionally packed, fully insured and sent with tracking. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep the item and all original packaging while we review the shipment.
Item not as described
If you believe the piece differs materially from its description, contact us immediately with your order details and photographs so that we can review and resolve the matter.
Duties on international returns
