Shipping, Insurance & Duties
Worldwide delivery is included in the price. Every piece is individually packed, tracked and fully insured. No shipping charge is added at checkout. If your destination is not listed, please contact us before ordering.
Duties & Taxes
Maison Jaspers handles US import duties. For other destinations, local import taxes and duties may apply and are payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need destination-specific guidance.
Packing & Electrical Preparation
Antiques are professionally packed using appropriate materials. Electrical pieces are checked and prepared with care; any relevant notes are shared with you before shipment.
If damage occurs in transit
Your delivery is fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, email info@maisonjaspers.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the piece and packaging. Keep the packaging while we assess the damage. We handle the carrier claim and explain the remedy and any collection arrangements directly with you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Dispatch & delivery
Pieces marked Ready to ship are dispatched within 3 days. Other pieces are dispatched within 1–2 weeks. These are dispatch times; transit time depends on your destination.
Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched. If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
