Vintage Set of Three Oil Lamp Style Two-Light Wall Sconces with Crackle Glass Globes and Chimneys, Metal Bowls and Straight Arms

Three matching wall lights that look like a row of old oil lamps can give a long room a cosy, country feel, whether it's a farmhouse kitchen, a cabin or a narrow hallway.

Each sconce has a shaped back plate with notched edges and a horizontal bar holding a lamp at each end. Each lamp has a round, silver-toned base like an oil reservoir, a pierced collar, and a round globe of clear crackle-textured glass topped with a tall glass chimney. On a real oil lamp, the chimney did an important job. It created a draught that pulled fresh air up past the flame, so it burned brighter and steadier and gave off less smoke.

The set is in very good vintage condition, and the old wiring reaches us as found. The three have been kept together since the 1960s and are ready to light another home. Hang them along a hallway, across a kitchen wall or in a dining room.

Set of three: three oil lamp style two-light sconces with crackle glass globes and chimneys, rewired and sold together.
