Antique Bronze Column Table LampGilt Floral Accents, Neoclassical Style, 19th Century
Delivered free · US duties paid · Insured
The fluted column, borrowed directly from classical temple architecture, was a defining device of neoclassical design, prized for the way its vertical lines lent order and gravity to whatever object it supported. This antique bronze table lamp puts that column at its center, rising from a floral-appliquéd base rather than a plain foot.

The fluted bronze shaft rises from a square base cast with a floral appliqué, with gilt accents marking the transitions between base, capital, and the faux candle sleeve above — small details that give the piece real depth and rhythm along its height. No shade is included, leaving the finished look open to the buyer, and the lamp suits a console, library desk, bedside table, or a pair in a more formal room.
The lamp presents in good antique condition, with minor wear consistent with its age. The bronze carries a warm, natural patina, deliberately preserved rather than polished away, since that surface is part of the piece's history.
The lamp will be inspected and tested before dispatch, with rewiring where needed. It will be delivered ready for use with a US plug; an electrician can easily adjust it for hardwiring or a different plug type if preferred. Every item is packed individually and arrives professionally packed, fully insured — we handle the paperwork and worldwide shipping. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
