The blue-and-white ceramic tradition, paired with gilt highlighting, has furnished European interiors for centuries — a color combination that reads as classic in almost any room, from a farmhouse sideboard to a formal console. Applied to a table lamp, that same vocabulary gave a purely functional object the presence of a piece of porcelain in its own right.

This lamp carries that tradition in a fluted ceramic column, painted with cobalt-blue floral and leaf relief detail and finished with gilt trim at the neck, waist, and circular foot. Note how the fluting runs the full height of the column in continuous, evenly spaced channels, meeting the painted collar sections at a clean transition rather than an interrupted pattern — the mark of a well-potted column built as a single continuous form. A crisp, pleated white fabric shade sits above, included with the lamp as shown.
Whoever kept this lamp lit before you kept it well. The ceramic and gilt both show gentle, age-appropriate wear consistent with regular use. It is ready for a bedside table, console, or reading corner.
It arrives professionally packed and fully insured, fitted with an inline switch for easy everyday use — we handle the paperwork and worldwide shipping, with the wall plug adapted to your country (EU, US, or UK) at no extra charge. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
