There is a particular pleasure in a box built purely for the joy of opening it — no practical necessity, just color and craftsmanship meeting at a hinge. This one delivers exactly that moment. Lift the lid and a deep amethyst purple gives way to a purple interior, the reveal as satisfying as the box itself is handsome from the outside. Its faceted, jewel-box silhouette and confident color-blocking make it equally at home on a dressing table, a bookshelf, or grouped with other small decorative boxes, holding jewelry, trinkets, or simply catching the eye on its own.
The box has a faceted, gently tapered form in a rich purple lacquer, banded with pale blue panels and fine gold trim along every edge and corner. The hinged lid is fitted with ornate gilt-metal hinges, and the interior is lined in a soft purple, marked "Reflections" along the hinge bar. The lid's crown is decorated with a small gilt medallion motif set within the color-blocked panels.
