Vintage Hollywood Regency Style Table Lamp, Faceted Glass and Brass-Tone Stem on Square Veined Stone Base

Three pieces of cut glass are stacked along a slim brass-tone stem, and each one catches the light at a different angle. They stand on a small block of pale veined stone.

The lamp has a brass-tone stem threaded with three faceted clear glass elements: a flat cut disc at the top and bottom, and a tall faceted oval in the middle. It stands on a square base of cream veined stone, raised on four small ball feet, with a brass-tone socket at the top. The flat cut faces on the glass are called facets. Each one works like a tiny mirror and prism, bending and splitting the light so the glass sparkles from every side.

The lamp is in very good vintage condition. It will be fully rewired in our workshop before dispatch. It has been cared for along the way, and we pass that care on. It suits a bedside table, a dressing table or a small side table.

Short version: a brass-tone and faceted glass lamp on a square veined stone base with ball feet.
